We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, the perfect size for our family, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was also so cute and thoughtfully designed, with such a warm, welcoming feel. The area was absolutely beautiful and felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was also great at communicating and made everything easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay could not have been more perfect, Cozy Family Retreat was exactly what we were looking for. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! We were across the street from great walking trails and within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shops in Olde Town Arvada.

Best home rental EVER. Macy was just wonderful-helpful and communicative. So easy going and great!The house was adorable, very functional and in a perfect location! We will 100% rent here again. Wish there were more stars to give!!

From the moment we opened the door to the Cozy Family Retreat, we knew it would be great. Every amenity you need is there from the kitchen to the bath, the yard, the bedrooms - all have everything you may want. The washer and dryer were a real bonus, the artificial turf yard, fire pit and outdoor furniture, high fence. Then the location! Across from a great park, close to a creek walkway, fantastic Old Arvada shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores. It was difficult to leave!

This home is as advertised. Cute, vibrant, and in the middle of old town. If you enjoy outdoor jaunts you are within walking distance of everything arvada has to offer. Further if you have pets a spectacular combination of well tended and locally frequented city parks are directly across the street.One note of caution: you will likely fall in love with the area.We hope to return here for another family trip.
