Andrew is from Buffalo New York. Tanja is from Texas/California. We met in Arizona, where we both went to college. We moved to Nederland Colorado in 2003 to be close to skiing/snowboarding. We fell in love with the community in Nederland and now run a construction business and work at a local preschool. We spend our free time hiking, going to live music and watching the Buffalo Bills. GO Bills!

A beautiful flat 1.5 acres at the top of County Road 99. No through traffic and stunning views of James Peak and the Continental Divide. Listen to the trains that transit Rollins Pass. Property borders national forest and is private and quiet yet still minutes to Nederland and Rollinsville
