Peter (10 min) and Vernon (30 min). The perfect retreat for families or small groups to unwind, explore, and make memories by the lake.

Stretching across 7.3 miles, Greenwood Lake spans the boundary of New York and New Jersey. Situated a mere 50 miles from New York City, this lakefront town is positioned conveniently close to the Appalachian Trail and the scenic Sterling Forest State Park.

Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the outdoor areas and a semi-private beach on the lake just 50 yards away. The beach also features a fire pit with seating.

You’ll receive a unique access code 24 hours prior to check-in, ensuring a smooth and contactless arrival.

Open and inviting, the bright main level features a spacious kitchen island, a cozy wood-burning stove, and everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a washer and dryer.

A $30 non-refundable fee is included in the booking total and covers accidental damage during your stay. This is not a security deposit and does not cover intentional damage, negligence, or house rule violations.

Respectful Enjoyment: Please be mindful of our neighbors and shared spaces. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM. We encourage respectful noise levels both inside and outside the house at all hours though.

Parking: There is space for 2 cars on-site. Please park within the designated area for Latitude Lake House.
