I love the Marina, I own a Catalina 25 sailboat and I’ve been sailing for 50 years since I was a teenager. Ask about me arranging a sale for you. My wife and I have been married 50 years. She is wheelchair bound due to a stroke in 1996 that left her speech, impaired and paralyzed on one side., However, she makes normal people look like whiners and complains and continues to do almost everything she did before her stroke, despite being wheelchair, bound and being nonverbal, speaking through a Pictionary, charades, gestures, and tonality, we are as in love today as we were 50 years ago.

My wife was an interior decorator before her stroke, and so she decorated this condo with a sailing theme in mind, using all of the paraphernalia and knickknacks that I have accumulated over the years
