The home itself was spacious and in a convenient location close to everything we needed. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host was responsive throughout the stay. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here and enjoyed the overall experience.
This property was very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and great location. I would definitely stay here again. For future occupancies there is only one TV located in the living room. There is no washer and dryer. The stove has a malfunction where the knob’s were working for the opposite eye, still very much usable (so if you use the right eyes use left eye knob’s).
The home was clean and the beds comfortable. The host was responsive. There was a lack of upkeep on the amenities. The coffee pot and range top didn't work. There was no barbecue as listed and the "outdoor space" was the front porch, though we were able to enjoy that feature. Laundry was listed but unavailable (locked basement I believe). The neighborhood was a little sketchy and we didn't feel overly safe.It was fine for our overnight stay, but I wouldn't think for an extended stay.
Stayed for one night. The house is cozy and spacious with plenty of rooms for everyone. Everything you need for cooking and bathing is provided. The host keeps in good contact the whole time and there is security on the outside of the house so I knew we were safe. Would book again !
It was clean. There are the two rooms with Queen beds on the main floor. Upstairs there was 3 rooms. Two rooms that both had 2 twin beds and in the third room there was a queen bed. Bonus more beds that what was listed in the post. This is an old house so it dose have the old house charm with the floors. If you are a light sleeper this house makes noise when people are moving. Loved the porch swing. There was a couple things that needed to be fixed. Small minor things but the owner is aware. My daughter has forgotten her tablet. I messaged Josh and he responded pretty quickly and was able to let us in to grab it, as this was over an hour past our checkout time. Over all it was a good stay. Also there is a coffee pot available which wasn't listed and we didn't ask, we just brought our own.
