The condo was amazing, walking distance to Carlsbad Village where there is tons of shops and places to eat. Great views of the ocean and you are steps from the sand.

The location alone made this unit perfect for us. Literally across the street from beach access and walking paths up and down the coast. Carlsbad Village was a short walk away for dining and shopping. There are expansive views of the ocean out all of the windows (except for the bedroom with twin beds). We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the balcony, watching the surfers and everyone else start their day. Yes, the road noise can be loud at times (think Harleys and sports cars), but it's a small price to pay for having everything else perfect. Even on Friday and Saturday nights, the traffic noise goes away relatively early. The unit is HUGE. This is one case where the pictures do not do the place justice. Having dedicated, garage parking was the icing on the cake. We'd be back every month if life/work allowed.

Carlsbad Trip

We had a great time! The condo was the perfect size for all 6 of us. No one had to sleep on the floor(like I had to when I was a kid). I loved sitting on the porch watching the waves and drinking my coffee. The beach, Sea World and Lego Land were so close and easy to get to. The only negative I can think of is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back!

Very nice stay!

Great stay and much needed beach getaway! Property was clean and spacious. The only downfall was the road noise but we did enjoy seeing all the different cars that went by!
