EXTENDED STAYS
Bi-weekly cleaning required for stays over 30 days (at 50% of checkout cleaning fee, payment requested at time of booking). For monthly stay we provide essentials for the first few days. We reserve the right to inspect the property every 2 weeks with 24-hour notice to ensure that it is kept in good condition. If the property is not maintained in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining days of the reservation
MAIL & DELIVERIES
This home cannot be used as a mailing address. Food and package deliveries are allowed. Monthly guests should use a nearby PO Box.
CHECK OUT & LIABILITY
Take out all trash. No stays past checkout. This is a short-term rental; no tenant rights apply. Violating rules may result in removal without refund.
