Welcome to our cozy and well-appointed bungalow, close to all the fun! Enjoy mountain views from the expansive deck and walk to nearby restaurants, breweries and coffee shops in Old Colorado City. Come enjoy all the adventure in the Pikes Peak region and spend the evenings soaking away your cares in our huge hot tub.
Dogs are welcome! We have a large fenced-in yard for them to play in. I'm sorry but we cannot host cats (due to allergies).

If you brought a dog, please pick up all dog poop and put it in the outside garbage can. Thank you - this isn't something our cleaners do so we rely on responsible pet owners. :)
In winter, please leave heat at 68 degrees. In summer, please leave AC at 76 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
