About this property

Beautiful Mediterranean Home in Mesilla Park

Spacious house with large mature trees, fitness room, large backyard with Blackstone Grill with plenty of seating outside with fire pit area. Two large living rooms, flat screens throughout the house and a second kitchen/game/bar area. Only 3 miles from Las Cruces, minutes away from NMSU University and restaurants. Plenty of parking that will accommodate up to nine vehicles. With approval of host ahead of time we do allow RV parking or horse trailer parking as well.
About the space:
4 bedrooms, 3 bath home. 3 rooms have king beds; the fourth room has 2 bunkbeds with 4 full beds.
Other things to note:
Pets are allowed but we ask for them to be house trained and not allowed on any furniture including beds. We have a doggy door installed as well that leads to an enclosed backyard.
Parties are not allowed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful home in a quiet rural area just minutes out of town. Perfectly suited to the needs of our group. The property was immaculate with comfortable furnishings, quality linens, a well stocked kitchen and ample parking. The hosts provided a wide variety of games and activities. Indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces allowed for personal space and were also able to accommodate all 14 guests together. Appreciated the immediate response by the hosts to a glitch during check-in.
