Free Parking:
• Guests may park up to two vehicles in the left lane of the driveway only; the middle and right lanes must remain clear at all times.

Mail & Packages:
• Mail and packages can be delivered directly to the apartment's address. Packages are left by the front door for convenience.

Shared Spaces:
• Coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area for the two second-floor residences.
• Shared backyard outdoor retreat available to all three residences.
