Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows and lock the doors and return the keys. Guests will be responsible for paying for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/parties in the house: Guests agree that the facilities will not be occupied by more people than the number specified in the reservation. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the property immediately without any refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette and/or cannabis smoke in the property will incur a $50 penalty charge.

Bedding/Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided with the accommodation. Bath towels should not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed.

Bathroom: Do not throw paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads in the toilet. Use the trash bin instead. Unclogging the toilet in an emergency will incur an additional charge.

Damages: The guest will be responsible for paying for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Parking: Park in the available parking space.

Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation in the pool as there is no lifeguard service.

In this apartment, it is not allowed to hang clothes or towels on the balcony. The fine for hanging clothes is $200. Under no circumstances is it allowed to throw objects from the balcony.

Anyone who throws objects from the balcony or hangs clothes or towels must vacate the apartment immediately. It is not allowed to leave trash in front of the door.

The trash bin is located next to the service elevator.
