3 blocks from Dickies arena, quiet, safe neighborhood. Host had snacks, drinks in fridge, robes, coffee bar for guests. Very welcoming.

For the review they asked me what stood out- the Host, amenities, or something else? All of the above.The property was rented from the previous owner who I think neglected to tell her. Starting there, I will say the Host was quick to respond and get the booking sorted out.Communication was quick , When we arrived it was clean and stocked with a lot of necessities and to boot, a washer and dryer.Personally, I like these quaint old houses, sometimes they lack heat and hot water, not in this case.It was a very nice neighborhood and is very close to Dickie's Arena. We were there for the rodeo and were able to walk. Any questions, the host responded very quickly. We are planning on returning next year,

Karen was fantastic and accommodated our late arrival and departure requests. Since we were delayed in arriving she left the lights on, ac on and had water and snacks waiting in case we needed that. The house has been newly renovated and she has labels throughout so you know what light switches to use and what every kitchen cabinet contained. We went to the Dickies Arena and the walk was literally less than 10 minutes walking slow and catching the light to cross. Extremely convenient for concerts so we will be back!!
