Sand awaits right at your doorstep, and every afternoon, Sunsets! The building is conveniently located, with proximity to the island’s most prominent areas, and offers a variety of nightlife activities. Walking around is very appealing closer to restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets, coffee shops, schools, casinos, bars, stores, banks, hospitals, easy access to the highway, and with a few minute's drive to the airport, the historic Old San Juan, El Distrito Entertainment Convention Center, Condado Lagoon, SJ Juan Bay, the trendy area of Miramar, La Placita de Santurce and the Condado area.
