Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all lights and fans off including garage room and garage AC/heater. Put all used towels in master bathroom. And load dish washer.

Place all trash in bags and put in outside bin. No over flowing trash to avoid extra $300 cleaning fee.

We were visiting family for an anniversary party so needed a place to stay close by. This home fit the bill and we are soo glad we booked it! The home was clean, nicely furnished, very well cared for. We had everything we needed. The backyard is amazing with plenty to do for the kids and and a beautiful covered back porch which was enjoyed for morning coffee. If ever needed again; we would definitely rebook this home.
