The home was lovely and very clean. Our biggest complaint is they don’t spray for bugs or mosquitoes. Found a couple spiders in the house and the kids and adults got bitten alive by mosquitoes the first full day we were there.

Beautiful property, however two room had the bed pretty much on the floor. The beds did not have railing. They were on box springs. The bathrooms showers weren’t properly.The kitchen was stocked pretty good. The flowerbed next to the gazebo was over grown with weeds running thru. We really didn’t get to enjoy that space. Overall I think the property could really use some TLC.

Excellent house in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the grocery store and coffee shop. Oleg was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend staying here

The house was just like the pictures, very comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Our family had a great time staying here right in the heart of five forks. The house was perfect for our family of 6. I highly recommend this house and plan on staying here again for our next family gathering.

We came to Simpsonville for my daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place for all the out of town family to stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host communicated immediately when I needed to change our dates. If needed, I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 loved this house! It was super clean, had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is very spacious and the house is in a cul-de-sac so kids can play in the front as well. We’ll stay definitely stay here again!

I would give ten stars if it were an option ! Just back from a wedding we attended in Simpsonville. This was a last minute decision to get a VRBO rental for our family of nine. I always research VRBOs for months looking for the perfect place. The choices were slim pickings so I grabbed this one just caring it had five bedrooms to accommodate all of us. I didn’t have high expectations but as soon as we opened the door…we were in awe. Talk about everything but the bathroom sink! There wasn’t anything we needed. We have rented many beach houses where you were given one roll of TP for each bathroom, This place had an over abundance of everything! We ended up bringing our paper products back home. Very, very impressed with the cleanliness. Not a speck of dirt to be found! AC kept the whole house cool during 95 degree heat wave! ! We hated to leave and come back to our homes..but all good things must come to an end! Thanks for sharing your home with our family, it’s beautiful! Ps…communication top notch, questions immediately answered!

This home is in an amazing location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. I wish there were tvs in the other guest rooms. But overall an amazing and comfortable stay. We spent Thanksgiving there. I felt like I was in my own home.
