This apartment is located in the Beach area of Wilmington. While we provide a secure and comfortable home for your stay, we encourage guests to research the surrounding area to ensure it meets their preferences.

Parking
Parking is available behind the building. Street parking may also be used when available.

Check-In
Guests will receive a secure smart lock code prior to arrival, ensuring a smooth and convenient self-check-in process.

Consumables
An initial supply of essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing items such as toiletries, food, and beverages during their stay.

Linens & Occupancy
Extra linens are available upon request if arranged prior to arrival. Please note:

Sofa beds and air mattresses are only provided when the booking includes more than 7 guests.

Extra linens are not automatically supplied unless occupancy requirements are met.

Pets
We welcome pets under the following guidelines:

A pet fee of $125 per pet applies.

For a second pet, an additional $125 fee applies.

Dogs are permitted for long-term stays. Cats are permitted for stays of less than 3 months.

Guests must provide a recent photo of their pet and up-to-date vet records before arrival.
