Available for 30 nights or more (shorter stays available in March)- This fully furnished home offers modern comfort in one of Austin’s most charming and walkable neighborhoods. The open floor plan features a stylish kitchen, small dining area, and cozy living room with plenty of seating, plus a convenient half bath downstairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and rainwater shower. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and spacious closet, while the second bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and can serve as a guest room or study.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware, and comes equipped with brand-new appliances: refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, plus both a regular coffee maker and a DeLonghi espresso machine (very important).

In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer available for your use.

Relax outdoors in the fully fenced front yard—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Walkability in Hyde Park is amazing - walk to Julio's Curra's, other restaurants, bakeries, small grocery stores or to the Hancock golf course. You can also walk or ride the bus to the UT campus. Use of e-bike is negotiable. In addition to walking to amazing places, downtown, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs and other iconic Austin locations are within a very short driving distance.

Parking for 2 cars is available on the side of the house.
