House Golf Cart: Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate. The house golf cart is permitted to be driven within the OSV property and private beach access parking lot ONLY. Must complete golf cart agreement and provide requested documents for access to golf cart.
An additional golf cart may be rented through Oceanside Property Management. Outside golf carts are not allowed.
Ensure all doors are locked anytime you leave the home.
Note: Quiet time in OSV is observed from 11:00pm to 8:00am. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when outside of the residence from 11:00pm to 6:00am.
