Entertain your friends and family with our vintage Pac-Man console, pool table, and board games. Enjoy fresh mountain air from a private deck with comfortable furniture, charcoal BBQ. Relax after a long day of hiking or skiing in our brand new 8 person hot tub as you take in views of the pine and oak trees.

*Set cabin central heater to 55 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing. Thermometer is located under the stairs. * Cover the spa and leave at 100 degrees
* Lock front door by closing door then press the “lock symbol”
Please take your trash to the local FREE dumpster in front of Big Bear City Hall - 39690 Big Bear Blvd. $75 FEE CHARGED IF NON COMPLIANT
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect neighborhood tranquility: Please keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10 pm and 8 am due to city ordinance violation.
Please park your vehicle(s) in the driveway, you may have up to 3 cars. Parking here will ensure that you can easily come and go as you please.
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process.

The location was great as was the cabin. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Great beds, lots of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The hot tub took a bit of work to figure out, but was much appreciated.

House was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice. The Keurig didn’t work which was disappointing and the Coffee maker didn’t get the coffee very hot. The carbon monoxide detector doesn’t work. It beeped randomly so we bought a new battery and replaced it but it didn’t make a difference. The pool table was not in great shape and the video game wasn’t working correctly. The amenities definitely need some attention but we appreciated the comfort and cleanliness.
