Garage Studio with Beautiful Backyard

Have a nice retreat here close to the mountains yet not far from downtown LA!

There is private parking and a separate entrance into the place via the side gate into the backyard.

We are a quiet family of 3 and you will have full access to the backyard during your stay.

Pet owners: we are only accepting 1 small pet with our guests, thank you!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please do not lock the door when leaving
If the trash is not overflowing, you can leave it as is

1) Please take off your shoes outside and wear slippers (optional) inside. 2) To turn on heater, press and hold down "pilot" on arrow and ignite.
3) When using toaster oven, please use aluminum foil. 4) Tie up full trash bags and throw away in trash structure next to truck.
Pet Owners: 1) Please do not let your pet onto the beds at any time. 2) Please be mindful of where your pet is when opening the door or side gate.
