Host was good. It was missing a lot of things like soaps, trash bags and other small items that I'm use to. The ac didn't work in the master room. Wish there was a tv in all the bed room. Other than that it was ok

House has two AC units for each side. We didn’t receive any communication from guest or we would have advised them of that fact. Welcome packet is provided with trash bags, necessary soaps and etc. It’s possible guest didn’t notice!
