The small holiday home "Piratennest" is located about 200 metres above Lake Maggiore, in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic and very well maintained seaside resort of Cannero Riviera with its many attractive leisure and tourist offers. The special location offers a fantastic view of the pirate island "Castelli di Cannero" and the entire lake. Located in the middle of a Mediterranean garden, the "Pirate's Nest" is the lowest of a total of seven holiday homes in the well-maintained complex. Past palm trees and in the middle of the Mediterranean rockery, 150 steps lead you from your own car park to the 45 m² holiday home. The heart of the apartment is the very bright living and dining room (approx. 32 m²) with a built-in modern kitchenette, an elegant dining area and a comfortable seating area. From here it goes directly to the 20 m² terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore lake and high-quality terrace equipment. The two XXL sun loungers made of poly rattan with comfortable covers, a table and four chairs invite you to sunbathe and a romantic dinner with a fantastic view of the lake. The pirate nest is the lowest holiday home, so you can enjoy the panorama and the sun on your terrace undisturbed and without direct neighbors. Two awnings provide shade in the middle of summer when you enjoy the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. <br><br>The "Pirate's N'est" offers an elegant feel-good atmosphere in a cosy country house on 45 m². The entire property is furnished in a modern country style.<br><br>Please note that during the main season (Easter to the end of September) your arrival and departure day must be a weekend day (FR, SA, SO).
