This clutter-free custom-built home features two fireplaces (one gas and one wood burning), so it is not only a great retreat during the summer months, but also a cozy getaway for the winter. The bright and cheery sun room on the first level has built-in lounge seating and gas fireplace for snuggling all year round. Come for a weekend, stay for the summer, or enjoy the holidays in style! Walk to town, stroll along the 26-mile coastal bike path, which is just two blocks from the home, and hop over to popular nearby restaurants ranging from fine dining to a brewery or seasonal clam shack on the water, all of which are within walking distance.
