We absolutely loved staying at Sea Change Cottage. The house and the view were perfect—it truly felt like a little piece of heaven. Noelle, our host, was a wonderful communicator and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location was also ideal: so close to Newport and all of its attractions, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and craziness. We would absolutely stay here again!

This sweet, beautiful cottage with fabulous views of the river and sunrises are incredible. Everything in this from the dishes to the furniture and window treatments was done very high-end. Even the mattresses are wonderful. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Noelle, the host, was wonderful to work with. The property was exactly as described: very clean, stocked with everything you would need, and close to various attractions. The views from the house were great and the area was quiet.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It looks brand new. Very well appointed with comfortable furniture and the layout is thoughtfully designed. It’s the perfect location for fun things in the area. Only 10 minutes to Bristol and Tiverton and 30 minutes to Newport. Water views off the deck, especially the sunrise are amazing. You will not be disappointed!

This is the second year in a row that we booked this house for a girls trip. The house is in a great location. The house was spotless when we checked in. The house has everything you need for your stay. The view is spectacular. Noelle is a great host and responded to any of our questions quickly.

Our week stay at the Sea Change couldn’t have been better! Everything was exactly as in the listing. Beautifully updated and decorated and very cozy. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly as we stayed in July. The view of the river was magical. The outdoor space was beautiful and there was an umbrella when shade was needed. We hated to leave and would highly recommend staying there and would love to again ourselves!!

Beautiful updated home on the water. Great views. Every convenience provided by owner. Great location to visit Newport or beaches. We were 4 sisters having a girls getaway. Very comfortable sleeping. Best thing was sitting on the deck or down by the water!

The property was beautiful inside and out, just like the pictures. The rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen had all the amenities you could think of needing. Beach toys, chairs, floats, kayaks and life jackets were provided. Noelle, the host, contacted us at check-in to be sure we found everything okay, and to let us know she was just a phone call away, should we need anything. We had beautiful beach weather and did many things in neighboring Newport. The back decks were awesome to sit at to take in the peacefulness of the bay. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

We completely enjoyed our brief stay over graduation weekend at Sea Change cottage. It’s just as beautiful as Noelle’s other house and the location on the water was gorgeous. We were only here two nights with a busy schedule but would gladly spend a week relaxing here. All the amenities you need are here for you and the special decor touches make it extra welcoming. Noelle is very responsive to questions and is a very thoughtful host. We highly recommend!

My family stayed here for a vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and the warmth of the fireplace. The house was a perfect location for us to take trips to surrounding areas like Newport, Providence and Cape Cod. We would happily return for another stay!

This property is decorated beautifully, with nice appliances, beds were super comfy and the house was extremely cleaned and well maintained. The sunrise view was amazing. Unexpected snow hit, and the owner was right there to shovel and salt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanted a get away to RI.
