It was an excellent experience. The little touches for the holidays was welcoming. Its solved everyone media watching issues with separate TV, in each room, and the ability to share media stream on multiple TV.

Great Place

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We absolutely love all the amenities and it's great they have kids stuff on site (pack-and-play, high chair, kids dishes, some kids games). There is so much to do around there, and it's great having a grocery store, a coffee shop and other places in walking distance.

The location is amazing, close to Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training and tons of bike and walking paths. The house technology is amazing and everything was upgraded, great quality and clean. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great Family Spot in Scottsdale

We visited Scottsdale for a friends wedding and stayed at this great townhome. The community is quiet and the place is renovated, very clean and the hosts were easy to deal with. The place is decked out with technology, as well.

Beautiful spot in great location!

Great little town home just north of Old Town Scottsdale. Place looks like it was recently remodeled and has an incredible amount of technology within it (TVs, sounds, power shades on the windows, etc.). Master bedroom is large and comfortable, including the attached bathroom. Loved it and look forward to booking it again in the future!

Lovely Townhome Near Old Town Scottsdale

We loved our stay at Jack's place in central Scottsdale. The townhome is very well appointed and updated. The kitchen has everything you would need with high end appliances, cookware and dishes. The technology in the place blew us away. We've never stayed in a vrbo like it...and we've stayed in many! The location is absolutely ideal to so many places: parks, tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, Talking Stick, stores of all kinds, Salt River, Old Town...the list goes on. We highly recommend Jack's townhome and would love to stay there again...soon!

Perfectly cozy modern townhome

We were in Phoenix for a Mayo Clonic visit and post surgery recovery. Jack’s place was just perfect for our needs… fully updated with modern amenities — beautiful kitchen, well stocked with pots/pans we needed for cooking in, new washer/dryer, great towels and bed linens, great MBR with walk -in shower (and even motion sensor light in MBR walk-in closet, which came in surprisingly handy in my case!)…. Not to mention how well tech advanced it is — double blinds, including privacy and room darkening, wall switches, and TV’s…. And the home was comfortable and immaculate. Jack was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had…Nice townhome community, with sidewalks and a nice pool area. We were convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and less than 20 min from the Mayo. Thank you, Jack, for the Welcome Gift, and we hope to return for a less medical vacation stay!!

We bought this townhouse in 2015 and got engaged shortly after. Since then, we have remodeled the entire place in stages to what it is today. We have two daughters and finally decided we wanted a backyard to give them lots of room to play. We didn't want to sell this place as this is where we started our family, so thus began our rental home journey.

Why they chose this property

Love being so close to so many things: Old Town Scottsdale, Salt River Fields, Camelback Mountain and much much more. Close to the 101 Freeway which quickly gives you access to other parts of the valley.

What makes this property unique

All the technology that is inside the townhouse: TVs in every room, Airplay Audio, smart lighting, automated shades, high-speed WiFi.
