Their ammenities include a club house with full service restaurant, excerise room, two pools, jacuzzi, pickleball, and even an 18 hole golf course! Lakeland is located about 1 hour away from both Tampa and Orlando. The closest beach is about 1.5 hours away. The central location means you're not too far away from anywhere you want to go in Florida and are safer during hurricanes! We are dog and cat friendly! Max of 2 pets total and of any size or breed.
