The Ultimate Kids' Room (Upstairs): Combined with the game room, this large, fun space features three comfortable beds (2 full & 1 queen) and a closet that has been transformed into a cozy reading nook, making it a perfect sleepover spot for the kids!

The Quiet Downstairs Bedroom: Ideal for grandparents or a couple seeking peace, this bedroom is located downstairs and features easy access to the second full bathroom.

The fun extends outdoors! Grill up dinner on the BBQ before settling in around the Fire Pit for s'mores. End your perfect day by soaking under the stars in your private Outdoor Hot Tub.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the heating is set to 58 degrees Make sure the spa cover is on Lock all doors and windows
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check out will result in $200 fine unless permission is granted. Please no shoes inside the cabin. No additional guests without approval.
Dogs are welcome but if clear evidence they have been on beds or furniture ( excessive fur) a fine if $250 will occurs. Dog mess must be picked up
Quiet hours from 10pm -7am Failure to do so may result in a citation from code enforcement. No spa use after 10pm or before 7am City rules

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Traveling with our two energetic seven-year-old boys was a joy—they loved the toys, LEGO sets, and all the fun games and activities available. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and the bathrooms were well-equipped for our needs. Overall, it’s such a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly place that made our visit really special.

Host was welcoming and responsive. Cabin was clean and well-supplied. Kids had fun playing in the snow in the yard, and they were entertained for hours in the large bedroom/game room. Hot tub worked great. Lots of kitchen extras and board games. Wood burning fireplace- supply your own firewood. Washer/dryer combo was a little tough to figure out- we hadn't seen such a thing before. Beautiful cozy cabin. We definitely felt right at home!

My wife and I live in Southern California and we've been coming up to Big Bear with our two young boys for a bunch of years. We love it up there as it offers such a different feel where we can enjoy the nature and decompress. We get to experience seasons as well as all of the lake and mountain activities.

Why they chose this property

We love Sugarloaf area because it's quiet. While we love everything Big Bear has to offer, this part of the valley is a bit more private and secluded. Amazing hiking is a short walk from the cabin as well as kid Park, local restaurants in a local general store. And just a short drive away from all the lake and mountain activities and everything Big Bear offers.

What makes this property unique

I think what separates our property from all others is the big game and kid room upstairs. Featuring the arcade game, ski bowl game, Legos and other toys come out it's a perfect getaway for parents. With a fully stocked kitchen, charming designand a hot tub, it offers a perfect home away from home for not only parents but visitors without kids.
