Place is great and located in a quiet neighborhood near popular spots. Host has A communication. We were only in town for a day before heading to Canada, but we would’ve loved to stay longer.
Loved the property. Was clean and in a very accessible area. If I could change anything it would be the ability to adjust the temperature. I was freezing most of the time. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
The property is very clean and communication with the host is very good. The property comes with the basic necessities and there is good off street parking. It’s also very convenient to Ford Field and Little Caesars Arena with easy access to the highway. The bedrooms could stand to be more homely. There is only a bed, night stand and a chair in the rooms. It would have been nice to have something else, maybe a small chest, to put things on and some artwork on the wall. The room gives the feel of a college dorm room. Also, there are two keys with a lot of locks to go through. Very safe, but a lot when it’s raining. Overall, it’s a good, affordable place for a quick trip to a Detroit event.

The only issue my cousin and I ran into was initially getting into the apartment. I called the host twice and didn’t get an answer, but they were quick to respond to my messages, which helped us get inside. Once we were in, the space was very roomy. The A/C didn’t work the best, but it was manageable for our stay. Other than that, the place was very clean, quiet, and peaceful.
