Response time of the host was lightning fast, and very friendly and helpful. Very easy check-in, very clean, and comfortable accommodations. I would stay again, and highly recommend this listing!

I am literally sitting in the area where we park writing this because I am absolutely amazed with my stay! The host had thought of things that I would’ve never thought of such as make up wipes for people who need them. Everything was so clean that the sheets were very soft and the fact that it had a bathtub after throwing darts all day was an absolute plus. I was up for Pink state in Brookings and every place was either booked or very expensive. Arlington is only 19 miles from Brookings and I would absolutely stay here again next year. It did take me a little bit to find the entrance because it is around back of the building. Other than that I really had absolutely no issues!
