Great location. Very nice apartment except the bathroom needs a serious refresh. At the very least a deep, deep clean. Kitchen needs a deep clean as well as some organization. Host was very responsive but assume they are new at this. A "welcome book" or even 1 page doc about things like where is trash dumpster, WiFi password, check out expectations etc would be helpful. Is grate place just a bit too "lived in".
