The bedrooms are bright and airy, with a queen bed in one and a single-over-double bunk in the other, each with quality linens and private Juliette balconies overlooking the town. Heated floors, A/C in the living room, and thoughtful touches like board games, and abundant natural light create a welcoming, year-round retreat.
For ultimate relaxation, head to the shared rooftop oasis with a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, BBQ, and sweeping lake & mountain views - the perfect blend of comfort and wine-country adventure.
Guests enjoy seamless self check-in via smart keypad - your unique code will be sent just before arrival. The front door and shared spaces are monitored by a Ring camera for added security.
Each unit includes two private parking spots directly out front (tandem style). You`ll also have your own porch with a seating area facing the lake - ideal for morning coffee or golden hour wine.
Shared amenities include a rooftop patio (open 24/7 for stargazing or sunset vibes) + hot tub, sauna, and cold plunges available daily until 11 PM.

The unit is located on the second floor of the building and requires using stairs. The building does not have an elevator. Perfect for guests who are comfortable with stairs and want to enjoy rooftop hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.
We provide towels for the unit, along with essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap, body wash and lotion.

To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.
By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, or in shared spaces. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
House Rules:
No Parties - Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation of the stay and a $250 fine.
Quiet Hours: 11PM to 7AM - Please respect neighbors and other guests.
Maximum Occupancy - As booked. No unregistered overnnight guests.

Please read amenities` rules before using them. The use of amenities will be taken as all rules were read and agreed to.
No Glass - Plastic cups are provided for rooftop use.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Cleanliness & Checkout:
Garbage & Recycling: please leave in unit for our cleaning team to dispose of it.
Damage: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at cost of repair/replacement.
Safety:
No Candles or Open Flames inside the unit or on the premises.
