PRIVATE POOL: Relax in a private pool that may be heated in the chilly months for year-round enjoyment. Plenty of seating to enjoy and relax outside.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
It's helpful if you could start a load of the beach towels before you leave but it certainly isn't required! ;) Please shake out all sand outside and start the load with the soap provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are a fun, loud, Italian family!! :) Our parents came from Naples, Italy in 1968 to live the 'American Dream.' We have always loved to travel as a family and have seen some great places around the world. Our favorite destination? The BEACH! When we visited 30A for the first time many years ago, we were hooked!
Why they chose this property
It has been our dream to have a beach house to call our own. We love this area and its close-knit communities - walking and biking to everything has a real European sensibility. The gourmet restaurants, fun shops, family activities, gorgeous water and white sand - what more can you ask for!
