The location is also accurately noted in Groom Creek, about 15 minutes from downtown, which many guests choose for the quiet, cool, wooded setting. We responded promptly with guidance on lighting the fireplace, directed you to our Guest Concierge Portal with directions, and our team confirmed working properly after your stay. We always encourage guests to review the listing details and location before and after booking. Our cancellation policy allows flexibility if the home is not the right fit. This home continues to be a great option for guests looking for space, privacy, and a true Prescott cabin experience.

The house is located in a quiet area amongst the trees. Easy drive into the Whiskey Row/Courthouse area of Prescott. I booked this house as a same day rental. Communication with the owners was extremely prompt. I had an issue on my end with one of the required forms, but Mike took the time to help me.
