We loved our stay at the cottage. Very peaceful and had everything we needed for amenities. The island had basically one restaurant and no where really to get breakfast so a couple days stay was perfect for us. Everyone was super friendly, very beautiful place to visit.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Cliff Breeze Cottage! It’s a perfect spot for 2 people. The breezes and views from the sweet sitting area out back were a welcome addition to the well-appointed cottage. We had everything we needed during our stay and the few questions we had were answered promptly. Lots of books to pick from. Rent a golf cart and the location is great for getting down to the beach quickly and central to exploring the rest of the island. Thank you to Cortney and her DARLING family for a lovely stay!

We had a great time, beautiful property. Nice small town island vibe. Everything was clean and worked well. Beautiful walk to the beach. She has a backup generator, so when the island had power issues we were good to go! Great communication and prompt responses.

Perfect couple getaway!

This cottage is perfect for a solo traveler or couple that wants an easy, relaxing experience. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating, while respecting our privacy. This was our second time staying at this cottage, and we plan to return!

Home is small, but has everything you could need. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, and a 5 star patio with gorgeous water views. Host lives next store, but this place is completely private and QUIET. Just serene. Host was available and responsive for any and all questions. Sweet place!

This cottage was absolutely perfect for two people. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great for making simple meals, which made the stay even more convenient. The view is truly unbeatable—nothing but the ocean right in front of you. It doesn’t get better than that. The host was helpful and accommodating, and there was plenty of space to park our golf cart, which made getting around easy. We loved our time on Water Island and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

The island is a great oasis for someone looking to recharge their batteries. The cottage location is perfect with an amazing view. There is no hustle or bustle to entertain you but there is beautiful water, amazing scenery, and wonderfully friendly islanders to meet.

Great weekend on Water Island

We could not have asked for a better time on Water Island! The island was laid back and fun, the cottage was cozy, adorable and well appointed - exactly what we were hoping for and anticipating. And our hosts were just fabulous - very attentive and kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Courtney and her family were such fabulous accommodating hosts! Thank you so much Courtney! Water island is fun and a little peaceful island, the snow cones are so fun to get that are near the cottage. We went on a whim and didn't plan anything which was fine but also recommend getting a golf cart ;) walking to the beach is totally fine/easy and walking the island is fun! We did a boat charter and that was fun, snorkeling and floating taco bar! Brian was great with us very professional! Book the cottage!!! For a low key peaceful vacation :)

Lovely Staycation From STX

Visiting from St. Croix was easy flight in the sea plane and jumping on the ferry with simple instructions to get into the place from Cortney. We arrive to find the villa fully provision as ordered, which made getting comfortable super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the Homie feel of the property. Perfect base for exploring on Water Island enjoying the beach at honeymoon and day tripping on St. Thomas in St. John.

Perfect for a couple. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat in. The East facing patio was great to watch the sunrise and cool down in the early evening.The Casita had AC but we found it unnecessary as the East facing location captured the trade winds and you could hear the surf below at night.Cortney was prompt in her responses, self check-in a breeze.

gem on Water Island

This is a great little gem! You'll definitely want to rent a golf cart upon arriving in Water Island. The views are incredible from the VRBO! It was as pictured on the listing and we very much enjoyed our stay. We ordered groceries through the VRBO contact person and it was nicely stocked upon our arrival. We definitely recommend this place.

What an oasis

First, the island. Best vacation we’ve ever had. The cottage: everything as advertised and more. Location, communication, tips, responsiveness, I can’t say enough good things about this island, this cottage, and these hosts. My wife and I don’t usually return to the same place but we already want to go back. Loved it.
