Perched directly on the Pacific, waves lapping the sands below your balcony in the sky, just minutes from downtown, the history, the nightlife, the food, and the culture. All that is Mexico and Puerto Vallarta is right here.

Your home features all resort amenities including beachfront, beautiful pools, tennis courts, on site gym, 24 hour check in and security and some of Vallartas finest shopping and restaurants just steps away. An all inclusive food and beverage option at a discounted rate is available to all our guests who may chose for just a day or the entire stay. Too much of Vallarta's year round sun, no worries, on site medical services available. Mom and Dad need a romantic evening together, but what about junior? We've got it! We have optional childcare available as well. Ever wanted to sail the Pacific? Here you can. We'll be happy to arrange one of the finest ships in Vallarta for you or you and the crew, just let us know and we'll do all the planning.

1242 is equipped with expansive talavera shower and bath two full beds giving room for up to 4 guests, a pullout sofa and a hide a bed add room for 1-2 more. Personal beach chairs, umbrella, to go tumblers will make that panga trip to Yelapa even more refreshing. All the beach chairs are filled? So what? You'll have your own! Two flat screens and cable service just in case the big game and your holiday are on the same day. Extensive cable with multiple English news and movie channels, in case you decide to check in on the world thats not in paradise. Built in safe. Wine rack, blender, counter top oven, blue tooth speaker, and all appliances and necessities to have a romantic night at home, or have over a few friends. The master bedroom has pocket doors, which make it a private oasis from the rest of the home, if you care to be alone. The view from your balcony is among the best in PV, seating for 4, and room for more, with views of the night skyline, stars, fireworks, sunset, whales, beach and much more. It is all here, and that is just speaking of your home at 1242 Pacific. Need to check email, or a few minutes of computer time? Why not do it with incredible views of the Pacific from the ocean view, ensuite workstation with wifi private to the condominium! Wonderful relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We have rented other condos in the same building and this has been our favourite yet. John is extremely accommodating and helpful. Took all the stress out of our trip. Great stay

The condo was just as described with wonderful views and well equipped unit. The communication prior to arrival was fantastic and everything was arranged well. We had a great stay. There are a few good restaurants and a nice food truck park nearby. There is no access to food on the property if you are not all inclusive so either stock the kitchen or be ready to explore a little- we had no troubles.

Perfect Vacation Stay

We stayed in this lovely condo the first week of October and it was everything and more than we expected. It was my groups first time to the area and it was nothing short of amazing. The room had everything we needed from the fridge to the stove top to the beach chairs, it was perfect. Waking up in the morning and have breakfast an coffee on the balcony was lovely, we even got to see some dolphins one morning! We all decided we will definitely be making a return and be sure to stay here again!!

The property has an amazing view of the ocean and pool area in the property. Because of issues unrelated to the property our stay was short and as we were off site the time we visited we cannot really be helpful about the community facilities as we did not use them. The property owners were terrific.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at John's condo in Puerto Vallarta. This was our sixth time traveling there. Usually we stay in all inclusive resorts, but due to the pandemic we decided to try a condo. This place has the most stunning view of the Banderas Bay. John has decorated it beautifully! We walked to the Malécon almost every day. So many restaurants to choose from and so many great meals and experiences. Be sure to try the Argentinian steakhouse across the street, we ate there twice. We will definitely stay there again!

I'm not certain I can add much to the praises sung by prior reviewers, but they are all spot-on. This place is awesome. And John, the owner, is even better. A great condo with a spectacular patio view. It's on the beach with a casual little beach bar with good food steps away, and is a quick (and inexpensive) cab ride from El Centro or Zona Romantico. While we didn't take advantage of the all-inclusive option, it's nice to have. Thanks, John, for a great stay.

Incredible Views

We had an incredible stay at John’s place. It was exactly as pictured - exceeded our expectations in fact. Everything you could need is included. Proximity to the beach and pool was great, there are shops in the resort for any essentials you may have forgot. John was super helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. We had a hiccup with some billing with the resort admin (at no fault of John’s) - but John was great, and assisted us to sort everything out. I would highly recommend this place!

Awesome Ocean View!

Very nice property! Response from Property Manager is excellent! The only downside of this property relates to the very limited access to pool side lounge chairs. Of course, this is no fault of this property. It is necessay to claim a pool lounger early in the morning or you won't get one. The owners do provide three beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. The Food Park across the street is a nice spot to grab a variety of good food. Highly recommend to stay at this Unit!

Just returned from our second month long stay in Johns condo. These reviews are accurate, this condo is very comfortable, well equipped, conveniently located, with perhaps the best view in all of Puerto Vallarta. The associated resort, facilities and beach were perfect for our needs. John is extremely helpful and fully engaged to insure your satisfaction and above all extremely trustworthy and comfortable to deal with. It's true there are far more expensive options available, but if your looking for comfort, nice surroundings, nice resort with above average amendies and beach, all for a great value, then this is the perfect match. What an amazing time we had for our three week honeymoon. With the exception of the hurricane, lol, everything was fantastic. Great communication with John. Fantastic location, no issues with the resort. We even got to see turtle hatchlings get released on the beach. What an experience. Would 100% stay there again. A note for newcomers, you can have Walmart deliver your groceries to you. We packed some Ichiban noodles in our suitcase so that we had something to nibble on when we arrived. The fully equipped kitchen was very helpful for cooking meals in. Thank you John.

Great condo, bad resort

Great place with awesome views if you plan on staying inside. If you or your kids like to use the pool, especially in the evening then stay somewhere else. Pool closes at 7pm, no floats allowed especially if you’re Caucasian, security is selective on who has to follow their rules. And only Vrbo guest, not hotel guests, are required to wear a bracelet and thus treated as sub par guests everywhere on the property. Unfortunately the resort ruined my experience of a great condo on the inside.

No surprises, just as advertised

Just spent a month in John's Condo. Everything was as advertised, beautiful view, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds at a great value. John is a very good host and sincere when he states he is engaged and available for his guests. Location of resort is very convenient with nice beach, tropical landscaped grounds, large pool, close to major shopping and easy access to good public transportation. Resort staff very friendly and helpful, at times can feel a bit crowded ( probably true of all similar resorts in high season or busy weekends). This was our first extended trip to PV and we really enjoyed everything PV has to offer and felt safe everywhere we went. For any future trips, this would be our first choice, Both the condo and John are the "real deal".

Wonderful View. Nicely Appointed Condo!

John was a great host. The view is incredible. The condo is nicely appointed. It was nice to have an ice cooler to take to the beach. However, the constant sound of the commercial a/c units from below robbed us from actually ever hearing the ocean’s waves. The beds were not just firm, but hard. And, possibly because it’s an older property, we’d notice a musty smell each time when we’d first arrive back at the condo. Upon returning home, all clothes, whether worn or not, needed to be washded to remove the musty smell.

Breathtaking ocean view

The condo was clean and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The owner John was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. The only problem I had was with resort staff. They treated the guests with bracelets unfairly from all inclusive resort guests. The pool staff refused to give a basketball to my son to play in the pool and said that only all inclusive guests could get it. Also, I didn’t like the fact that Vrbo guests were not allowed on the resort property after 8 pm. It’s a great condo but sadly part of a bad resort.

Another great stay

This was our third extended stay in Johns condo. As in the past and as mentioned by most other reviewers, the condo just may be the best value in PV. oceanfront, best view possible and very well equipped and comfortable. For us the location is ideal , beautiful swimming beach, well maintained resort in hotel zone, easy taxi or bus ride to town and all that PV has to offer outside of the resorts themselves. John is constantly upgrading his condo to insure a pleasant visit with all the comforts of home. As I have mentioned in past reviews, perhaps the most important item is John himself, very responsive and involved and extremely helpful and available. Throughout all our dealings have always found him to have the highest integrity and always honest and easy to work with. We feel very lucky and fortunate to have found John and his condo for our PV vacations.

Another outstanding visit

Just returned from our fourth extended stay at John’s wonderful condo. “YES” we love visiting Puerto Vallarta and staying in this condo. As most reviewers have pointed out, the view of Banderas Bay is second to none and the condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We are not “all inclusive “ type travelers and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the ability to make our own meals or jump on convenient local transportation and enjoy old town with its friendly Mexican charm and unlimited dining choices. The resort has nice amenities and one of the areas nicer beaches. Overall the condo comfortably satisfies all our needs and is a great value. John is a wonderful host and honestly cares about his guests experiences. He is easy to work with and always available to help if something requires attention. His involvement helps make our stays enjoyable and influences our desire to return to Puerto Vallarta and his exceptional condo.

Awesome Condo, Beautiful View

We would highly recommended this condo to anyone visiting PV! The location is fantastic for finding good food within walking distance, grocery stores, fun shopping, and coffee. We chose to do the all inclusive food package on our last day and regretted not using that amenity more - I would recommend trying it if you are going to early on in your stay to decide if you would rather use that for food. We loved the pool, the people who work here are amazing, and the beach couldn’t get any closer! The view from this condo is like none other we have ever seen - book it! November is a fantastic time of the year to come to PV, not crowded, we felt perfectly safe as 3 girls wandering around the street, and John has a great PV guide to guide your stay!!!
