Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon Arrival:
AC is set at 73 degrees Fahrenheit, The AC/Heater is located in the main house. If temperature needs to be adjusted please notify us so that we can promptly assist you with that.
There is a countertop double cast iron burner available and pans for cooking underneath the sink.
If repairs are needed inside or outside the studio please notify us as soon as possible.
Pool Use:
Pool is **NOT IN USE** from the months of October-May. When the pool is in service a Liability Waiver needs to be filled out.
NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A parking spot is reserved for you on the left side of the house, please be so kind to park on the left side in front of the left gate.
At the end of your stay please leave any trash bags by the gate we will take care of it.

The Studio is centrally-located in a peaceful area in El Paso, Texas. It is 5 minutes away from ELP Airport, Army Base, Restaurants, Gulf Course, Cielo Vista Mall and many more. Edgemere Park is directly located crossing the street from the studio, where there is a walking/running path that is well lit during the evening.
