Great spot, place comes as advertised. Easy access to both center city and the sports complex in south philly plus it’s a nice walk over to the Italian market for some good food. Walk over to Angelo’s for a great cheesesteak. The place is really clean and the rooftop deck is beautiful at night

We had an amazing girls weekend. The house was spotless on arrival. Slight difficulty accessing the key pad for entry due to a dead battery, but this was no one's fault. Plenty of places within a 10-minute walk. Other areas of interest were less than a 10-minute Uber ride. Great home in a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home & would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were in Philly because my son was getting married. We looked all over Philly for the right vacation rental. When we saw this one, my wife and decided to stay at this one. And we don't regret it one bit. The location is near a lot of shopping, dining and other attractions. Center City is minutes away. If you stay at the rental, please experience the rooftop. That was the best.The rental was clen, the host was responsive. I had to ask him one question. I would recommend the rental to everyone. One thing, if you are driving, and you have a parking space, while you are there, take an Uber or location transportation. The street is an old Philadelphia street, narrow and could be difficult to find a parking space. The host will guide you to where you should park. Besides the parking, this was a very nice place. But don't let the parking stop you.

Amazing location!

Everything about this home was amazing. It was spacious and perfectly designed. All of the necessary amenities were present and the host was a pleasure to work with. If you have a large group, this is the place for you.

Great Spot!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The view from the roof is incredible. The host was very accommodating to my group and I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Philadelphia. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance too.

Perfect stay for a big group and very centric. We loved how spacious the house was and it had all the materials we needed. Parking was often easy to find, Nathan was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Family wedding in Philly

Great place…great location. We were able to walk to our family’s home nearby which made things super convenient. The place was nice and exactly as advertised. Great space for an extended family get together with a nice size living room perfect for gatherings. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Philly a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay especially with a larger party. The roof top has an awesome view of the downtown skyline!! Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen is updated. Short walk to Target and other fast food places. 10 minute Uber rides to downtown restaurants and convention center. Clean!

Eagles Weekend

Our entire family descended on Philly for the Eagles - Cowboys game. We came from Massachusetts, Florida, and the Jersey shore. The house was perfect for our needs, within easy walking distance to the Broad Street Line (best way to get to the stadium), and Pat's Steakhouse for post-game cheese steaks. Nathan was a communicative and very helpful property manager!

Had a Wonderful Time

This property lived up to expectations. The view as advertised is amazing from the rooftop patio. Beds were all comfortable and clean. The shower on the third floor is a little odd, but everything was in good shape when we got there. Clearly the house is well cared for. It was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned around Philly. Some of the surrounding area looks somewhat rough but that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of a big city. Didn’t feel unsafe, though. Would stay here again.

Good Stay for a Convention

We were here for a convention at convention center. Lyft was roughly 7 minutes Subway ride was 18 minutes including walking Walking was a bit more than 30 minutes. There was plenty of local supplies, target, groceries etc. And the little bit of cooking we did was fine. The neighborhood was pretty quite after 11pm. All the beds, bathrooms etc. worked fine.
