Island Estates on Clearwater Beach the most desired location on the Florida Gulf of America coast. Modern newly remodeled house offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and bunk beds. Two bathrooms fully equipped (main bathroom has a soaking tub/steam shower).

Large flat screen tv's in the living room and bed rooms. The property also includes a private hot tub in the back yard with terrific sunset views over the intercoastal waterway. Wi-fi covers the whole house and back patio. Includes arge laundry room off the remodeled kitchen. Plenty of parking with a 2 car garage and circular driveway. Hang out, have a refreshment in the spa, or fish off your own private dock.

Feel free to use the 2 stand up paddle boards and electric bike stored in the garage. Walking distance to shopping center. Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are biking or a trolley ride away.

Looking for multi-month renters. Minimum stay is 30 nights. **Note: owner's boat is stored on the boat lift and not part of the rental. Owner will give 48 hours if access to boat is needed.**
