This spacious, beautifully decorated apartment is situated some 5 minutes walk from pedestrian zone and 17 centuries old city core of Split. Placed on the second floor of an old residential building, its 120 m2 create an oasis of comfort and coziness. Apartment was completely rebuilt and redesigned in 2016, creating a contemporary, warm city nest. The idea was to create a modern, elegant space, suitable to accommodate 8 guests. Apartment consists of four bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms with shower and spacious living /dinning/kitchen area. From the living room there is an access to covered balcony overlooking the vibrant streets of Split. Apartment has all the necessities and appliances for a comfortable stay, from kitchen appliances like stove, ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, to washing machine, hairdryer, iron and iron board. Each bedroom has its flat screen TV. All the rooms are airconditioned.

Great place, child friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was great for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and the place was nicely decorated without anything too delicate- perfect for staying with kids. We'd definitely come back!

Perfect location!

The apartment was clean, easy to find, and located 10 minutes away from the Riva, markets, and everything. Close enough but still far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise when you need a break. Great apartment Manager!break from the action.

Amazing and Spacious apartment

This property has spacious bedrooms and a wonderful common area. It has a well equipped kitchen and is a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Our hosts were very accommodating and helped us with transfers (so appreciated). The restaurant at the base of the building was excellent. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful apartment . Very modern and comfortable. It was a 10 min walk to downtown.

This was a lovely place, couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Everything went smoothly form communication to check in. Great location, walking distance to downtown and bus right out front

An incredible experience at a beautiful apartment.

The city of Split caught all of us by surprise. Not only by the beauty of the old town but for the incredibly warming and welcoming people that live in this city. I would like to thank the owners of this stunning place for everything they have done. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like it was our own. I would totally recommend anyone to come to Split and, if they have the chance, to be hosted by Miss Mladenka.
