Large home, big kitchen, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms. Three beds for six people. Plenty of space in the front yard to play! Lots of parking. Formerly pet friendly so dander may be present. This house is for sale. Incentive of 25% of a daily rate is offered to guests who allow a showing during their stay. Per showing. No pressure. Guests will be messaged if a showing is requested. The agent would be with the potential buyers the full time, which is typically 15-20 minutes.
