Our host was wonderful, the place was wonderfully clean and open. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and amenities were perfect. We really appreciate our host being so warm and welcoming. Definitely five stars

We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean because she herself had shampooed the carpets. She said she was willing to send someone to clean morebifnwe were unsatisfied. However, who plans a vacation and arrives and then is willing to wait for a cleaning crew to show up AFTER they have arrived!? And how does that help with the urine smell. We left and did not stay. I have pictures and video proof

This is a pet friendly home. Guest arrived and immediately asked if there was a cat. Two hours later started stating that the whole house was dirty. Apparently the disinfecting wipes we used left streaks on the kitchen counters. We have since stopped using them. This individual made ridiculous claims just to try and get out of paying. They didn’t even stay in the home. We received a 5 star rating from the guest leaving the day these guests checked in. And the guest immediately after also gave a 5 star rating. Some people are ridiculous. Watch out for this one.
