House was a great place to stay for the night. The rooms were very neat and kitchen had everything you needed to cook breakfast. Host didn’t get back to me on a few concerns but instructions to get in the house were fine. Place is definitely good to recommend.

What a wonderful property! Stayed here for a girlfriend’s trip and we all loved this house. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood just blocks from stores and restaurants. In the house itself, the bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds and great linens. Bath towels were great quality and so fluffy! Both bathrooms were well stocked with soaps and shampoos for anyone that forgot theirs.The living room by the kitchen had lots of seating for us to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and a nice big dining table. We really enjoyed the patio too.I can’t say enough about how great our stay at this property was. We are already talking about coming back next year for a couples vacation! Absolutely would recommend this home for a a family or small group vacation.

Cicely and her group broke all house rules. They had a party at the home which led to complaints from all the neighbors. They left the home with vomit on my floors, sofa and walls. They smoked inside the house and the entire home smells. Our home just had new wood floors installed and we found marks on them after only one night rental. I will not rent to her in the future.
