Enjoy all that Boca Grande has to offer in this beautiful 3 BR, 2BA single family home just off the beach. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants our island paradise offers a large pool, outdoor deck, grill, and lots of tranquility. Outdoor shower, wifi, walk to tennis courts and, of course, the beautiful golden beach. One bedroom has a king, one a queen, and one has bunk-beds and a twin. There is no golf cart included with the property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
