Close to golf courses, Recreation Centers, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and baseball spring training sites. Everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Two bedrooms, one bath, plus living room and Arizona room. Private patio and yard with furniture, fruit trees, and grill so you can sit back and relax. Visit beautiful Sedona, the majestic Grand Canyon, world-class resorts, or simply soak up the sun.

A stay at this property will give you the ability to access the many nearby Recreation Centers. Simply take a copy of your rental contract in to the Rec Center for the opportunity to purchase a short term membership.

As with many homes in this area, this property is suited well for long term stays (1+ month duration). Discounts are set up to encourage longer stays, so please note the discounts when looking to book a seasonal stay. Comfortable Stay

Older home in Sun City AZ. Sufficient for our needs. Homeowner was available and very friendly - always wanted to be helpful. Loved the access to all of the Sun City workout centers - after a $75 payment for one month. Great area for hikes and walks. Hope to return.

ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE. HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND FURNISHING NICE AND UPDATED. ONLY THING MISSED WAS WIFI AND BED INSTEAD OF SOFABED IN EXTRA BEDROOM. NEW WASHER AND DRYER NICE AND OWNER AND CARETAKER VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

Good enough for us, My major complaint would be no sharp knives, there were a couple for chopping, cooking but all very dull. Small place but good enough for my husband and me, but for any length of time too small for 4 or more people. Back yard in bad shape, and also most outside doors need repairs. It is advertising a hot tub , there is not one, which didn’t matter to me anyway just don’t know why it says that. The manager is a nice lady. I overall enjoyed the month of March in Sun City!

Renter beware!!!!!!

This listing is fraudulent and contains false information and pictures, which is not discovered until one walks onto the property. This home was built in the 1960s and it was evident that no upkeep and/or updates were done. The pricing for this rental was based on current rental rates, and NOT on its poor condition. It was also evident that the pictures in the listing were taken many years ago. there are NO fruit/citrus trees in the backyard, the yard is in shambles are there is no suitable safe seating area. It is NOT in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amount of suitable cookware and kitchen utensils and kitchen linens was limited – all were very old and had significant usage. There were some safety issues throughout, indoors and outdoors.The heating/cooling system was very noisy, sounded like a freight train running through the house. We had to turn off the system at night so that we could sleep. Everything throughout the house was in a state of disrepair, leaking faucets, poorly fitting doors, unsuitable locks. Not enough room provided to list all the defects. Would like the opportunity to discuss with VRBO management. Can provide a number of photos to substantiate this review.

False advertisement

To start with the owner would not respond all my travel day to tell me how to get into property.Finally when i was getting there past 10pm,,,she said keys were in mailbox,,,my property was between 2 houses,so at 11 pm I am walking onto properties and looking in mailboxes,,,quite unnerving. Next there was no hot tub on the property like it says on ad. I had to have her sign my lease then go to office of rec. center and become a resident,pay a fee and I could use hot tub at a rec center,a mile away from my property. Cold down there so furnace kicked on often,,,it sounded like a freight train was in the building,,,woke me often,,,went to find an extra blanket,there were none even though it was listed as a 2 bedroom. Bought my own blanket. Showerhead had more water coming out the bottom of it than through it,bought showerhead..First Sunday there at 8:30 AM chainsaws right outside my window,startled the crap out of me,,,couldnt hear TV as they were trimming a tree,she didn't warn me of workers going to be in my front yard.The day I left workers showed up at 8:30 am to reroof the house,checkout time was 11am,I had to move my car out of driveway so they could back in with a trailer,I wasnt finished packing.No warning workers were coming and I had to vacate 2 hrs before checkout time. Not a great stay.Wont be back!!

Great stay. Centrally located.

Spent the month of February, 2021 at this property in Sun City, Arizona. Aura, the owner, was a gracious host who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We found the property to be centrally located to see all that the state of Arizona has to offer. We were all over the city of Phoenix and spent time in Tucson, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. We would highly recommend this property.
