Comfortable, fully furnished, private home in beautiful Sun City. Perfect for a winter retreat. Quiet, residential neighborhood in adult community. Close to golf courses, Recreation Centers, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and baseball spring training sites. Everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Two bedrooms, one bath, plus living room and Arizona room. Private patio and yard with furniture, fruit trees, and grill so you can sit back and relax. Visit beautiful Sedona, the majestic Grand Canyon, world-class resorts, or simply soak up the sun.
A stay at this property will give you the ability to access the many nearby Recreation Centers. Simply take a copy of your rental contract in to the Rec Center for the opportunity to purchase a short term membership.
As with many homes in this area, this property is suited well for long term stays (1+ month duration). Discounts are set up to encourage longer stays, so please note the discounts when looking to book a seasonal stay. If you are interested in a shorter stay, please reach out and we can see if we can work something out.
