Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn down the temperature of the hot tub after each use and when you check out.
If you are staying Sunday night, can you please take out the garage cans to the street for Garbage day on Monday. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noises after 10pm and before 8am
No smoking in the home or anywhere on the front porch area or back deck

Our family chose this neighborhood because it is so close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon which has amazing skiing and hiking trails. It's also close to the canyon that takes you to the Park City area. We also love how easy it is to get around the Salt Lake City area. Minutes to freeway access, Fashion Mall and many restaurant choices.

What makes this property unique

Our property is completely updated compared to other properties in our community. It's decorated nicely and has every amenity you would need for your relaxing and adventurous stay.
