This was a clean and comfortable space with it’s own outdoor hot tub, full kitchen, 2 living room areas and washer/dryer. Plenty of aprés ski and dining options available nearby. Perfect location for a skiing vacation.

Beautiful place to stay, you wont regret it. Every detail was well thought out for the guest who stays here.
We enjoyed our stay , great location near several ski resorts. The house was perfect for our group, very clean , access was convenient. Grocery store just down the street. Had a great time!
Good kitchen. Downstairs bed not comfortable. Rubbish can full when arrived. Some safety issues...
Generally very good. Enough bedrooms. Good kitchen. Accessible.to.all tourist sites...

Hi Kathy, thank you for your visit. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as well. We are very sorry to hear the beds did not suit your preferences. The mattresses are in good working order, but each guest has their own unique preference. We appreciate your feedback about the trashcan being full. We sincerely hope for the opportunity to provide you with another truly special vacation in the future!
We enjoyed this unit and it’s location. Everything was clean and the decor was kept to a minimum leaving us more space. Very convenient location. Close to everything. Also very quiet location. This unit backs up to a foothill which made it feel somewhat private.
Very nice property. Well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and extremely well-located. Could use a door or slider or some sort of privacy screen on the Master Bathroom, along with instructions on how to get the gas fireplace going, but those were small things.

The house was clean and well stocked. It worked so well for our family. Thanks!
Unfortunately, there was a utility issue in the neighborhood that cut the water to the house the morning we left. Everything else was good.

Heavenly Hillside is a cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed home with lots of space and great amenities. Gorgeous kitchen with all the equipment needed for meal prep. Top of the line appliances. Comfortable beds, comfortable living areas, great deck. Appreciated having gas for the grill ready for us.

The house was huge and very clean. Great location, right by the mountains/stores/gas station/resteraunt etc. The only thing I would have to say could be been fixed was the wooden blinds in our master bedroom and the mattress was a little worn. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would definitely book again if I ever go to Utah.
Beautiful condo, perfect in every way! We had to leave after 3 days we were called back to New England to help with the pandemic crisis. We realize it was chaos trying to cancel, I know you will take care of the 4 nights we were not able to be there. Lynn Mirisola RN

Great Customer Service!
This condo is huge and at a very convenient location to both downtown and the mountains. Very clean, well stocked, and plenty of room to relax. Love the hot tub! Air conditioning in one bedroom was a bit of a challenge, but manageable. We had some internet issues on first day, and Kitt was THE BEST. Super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Condo is very conveniently located for skiing at almost any of the major mountains. Right in between the entrances to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, with a UTA bus stop across the street that can bring skiers to Snowbird and Alta without having to worry about parking. Surprising amount of indoor space - great for families or groups. Kids can be in the downstairs TV room while adults hang out in the living room. Kitchen well-stocked, and plenty of paper-towel and TP, but bring your own napkins and tissues. Excellent supermarket a 2 minute drive (Smiths)
Perfect location located directly between the two canyon roads. 5 of us stayed very comfortably; layout worked well and the kitchen was well stocked, including many of the basics (Syran wrap, foil, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, etc.) all the stuff that is frustrating to buy while on a trip. Also had a shower valve issue that was no big deal (2 other showers to use), but the response was immediate-txt, call & visit followed by a replacement the same day. Very impressive.
Great location for skiing and very good size for group
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Midway between Alta/Snowbird and Solitude. Hot tub and appliances worked well. Well stocked towels and linens. Easy access to groceries. Really enjoyed
Suggestions for owner
1. Downstairs bathroom shower was leaking a little and should be repaired/replaced
2. Recommend a better cable package - we could only get local TV stations. On NCAA weekend, no TBS, no TNT and no ESPN. Customers paying this amount of money just expect to have good cable. Do not need HBO, etc just the regular channels. We were disappointed with the TV package
Stylishly remodeled unit, the photos are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. The patio is newly refinished and we spent most evenings outside. The grill works great. We have the following suggestions to improve the unit
1- consider some type of door between the master BR and the toilet, no real option for privacy.
2. Master BR needs a portable AC unit for the summer. Otherwise it becomes unbearable in summer.
3. Fix the Master BR frame.
4. Toaster need replacing, half of it does not work
5. Replace patio hose- current one is broken
Overall, we were very happy with this unit and would rent it again.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAVE OR HAVE A CLEAN PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD.
1st night walked through house to make sure windows & doors were locked. Screens on basement windows were bent, windows didn't lock, had to rig them with tennis rackets.. Door going into house from garage didn’t lock, put a chair against it but you could still get in since chair was against tile. Someone came into garage on garbage day to get the garbage can. I heard the garage door open on my way downstairs to take the can out to the road. There was no mention of this to me, no warning at all. Once I got into town & checked the bedding & towels I had to run to store to purchase cleaning products to wash everything. Towels & sheets had black marks like ash on them. No privacy in master bathroom, blinds fall when touched, ants in kitchen, master shower had an awful sewer smell, my son got ill sitting next to hot tub due to chemicals, upstairs is so hot even with a window unit in one of the bedrooms, when we turned down the thermostat it would freeze downstairs, drawer & cupboard were broke in kitchen so don’t touch them. This was the first time I’ve had a bad experience with a rental. Definitely see a difference in personally owned properties and properties that are managed through a company. Worst experience!!!! I’ve got photos and videos to prove this nonsense.
