A modest home in a residential neighborhood. Seating was limited with no television on the main level. Clean and comfortable main level but lower level was musty. Outdoor access to yard was terrible as the staircase was in poor condition. Outdoor lighting was motion sensor — but the light only stayed on for minutes. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh, but one of the air conditioners died on our last night. Overall the pictures did not accurately reveal the downsides I’ve mentioned.

Nice clean home in an excellent location. Yard isn't truly fully fenced in. Was fine for our fur baby but others that like to roam could get out. Just a note to others, the stairs in the house are kind of steep. Wasn't an issue for us but could be for people with mobility issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the home worked out perfectly for us! Thanks again!

Beautiful home, had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Easy to get to town. Highly recommend! Amanda was very clear about the check-in and check out process. Would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

The good: The house was nicely remodeled on the inside. It was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable even if some were small. All items described were there and functional. Nice treed view from the top floor almost felt like living in a tree house. Fairly easy access to many of the Kingston attractions. The not so good: It slept 6 comfortably, but it didn’t accommodate 6 comfortably. Parking for two cars is good but neighbor parking across the street makes third car parking more difficult. The projection TV, the only TV, had seating for only two or three. The first floor was open with the kitchen, dining area and living room. The dining table sat six, but the couch sat only two or three. The layout overall was good for a family of six, but not six adults. The bad: Steps! steep stairways between floors. Steep stairway on the outside from the yard to upper level. The worst aspect of the steps is some , like the front porch, didn’t have equal rises. Building codes are very explicit about variation in rise between steps because of the hazard they expose. Easy to navigate if paying strict attention, but an unexpected increase in rise when descending the steps can lead to injury as did happen on my stay.
