POOL! Pet-Friendly + Fenced in Yard 2BR Near Beach & Boat Launch

Welcome to Cozy Palms PCB! Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2-bedroom home & quick walk to the beach plus only 2 blocks from the boat launch. Relax in the brand new private pool and fenced yard for pets! Features include a cozy living area, updated washer & dryer, kitchen, TVs, board games, toys, and books. Close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

This is a single-level duplex. Guests have access to the front of the house and go in through the door marked "A." We have room for 1 vehicle.

Guest Safety & Property Security Disclosure: For the peace of mind, safety, and security of our guests and property, a motion-activated exterior Ring camera is located at the front entrance. This device actively monitors and records both video and audio of the entryway to the front door. It does not view the interior of the home or any private guest spaces.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any dirty dishes in the sink.
Please make sure you dispose of any pet waste in the yard. Clean up after them and keep them off furniture. A $50 fee applies if pet waste is left in the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
