Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-When you're ready to leave, could you please turn off all lights, A/C and appliances?
-Lastly, I have a quick favor to ask. That way, we can make sure everything stays secure. When you're ready to leave, could you please put the keys in the lockbox and shake the combination?

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do NOT smoke inside the unit. This is a smoke-free space. (Fine: $350) If the special chip bracelet is lost, the replacement fee is $150.

Parties are not allowed. (Fine: $500) Alcohol, food, or drug consumption is strictly prohibited in the pool area. (Fine: $500)

Great place and very clean. Any issues we had Sergio resounded quickly to fix any issues and offered many recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :)
