Layout: The main floor has a large kitchen, dining and living area as well as half bath.  Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 full bathroom, window AC units June-September. 

Utilities Included: Wi-Fi and weekly trash removal services as well.

Parking: Designated parking for 1 vehicle inside of the garage.
