Accommodations are designed for up to eight guests, with three inviting bedrooms thoughtfully placed for comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, walk in closet, backyard access, and a newly remodeled en suite with a luxurious rain shower! The opposite side of the home offers two additional bedrooms and access to a shared bath. Multiple entertainment options such as flat screen TVs in every bedroom, a smart TV in the primary suite, an xBox in the twin room, and strong wireless internet ensure there is something for everyone. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef’s delight, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an extensive selection of cookware, small appliances, and coffee makers that suit every preference. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!
